The Cask Curation Series explores The Dalmore's unique approach to long and complex whisky maturation using casks sourced from the world's finest bodegas and wineries. Limited to 150 sets worldwide, the first release explores how the rarest of Sherry casks can enhance and complement the signature character of our whiskies.

This whisky captures the essence of approach to cask curation. The 26 Year Old Vintage Sherry Finish is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Cask #4 - a 2002 Vintage Oloroso Sherry Cask.
