The Vintages Collection - annual releases of hand-selected casks, each capturing the character of a particular year at The Dalmore
Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry casks, and Graham’s 10 year old Tawny Port pipes. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.
The Aroma
Whispers of Manuka honey, dark plum, cracked black pepper, and hints of clove
The Palate
Morello cherries and dates, elevated with notes of candied Seville orange, fresh figs, and light cacao
The Finish
Rich plum complemented by moist ginger cake, roast chestnut, and soft wood spice
