This precious spirit is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Colheita Port pipes, and casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry, exlusively available to the whisky makers of The Dalmore. Finally these elements are brought back together to marry in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels. A wonderful whisky with a refined and elegant character, the distillery's house style enhanced and complemented through exquisite cask curation.

Roasted Colombian coffee, liquorice, orange, molasses, morello cherries, and ginger
