If you have not received a despatch notification and you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team.
If you have received a despatch notification, or you have received your order, you have up to 14 days to return it. Please contact our Customer Service team who can assist you.

If you have opened your bottle and something seems to be wrong with the quality of the whisky please contact our Customer Service team. They will help to arrange a return of the bottle for analysis.
If we are able to, we will arrange a replacement bottle. This is not always possible due to the limited nature of some of our expressions. If we are unable to replace a bottle and we have confirmed there is an issue with the whisky, we will arrange for a full refund.

If you have not received your box or bottle in excellent condition please contact our Customer Service team.
Please send us a photo of the box, the outer packaging and/or the bottle to help us identify any issues.
We can then arrange a replacement for you.

Once the item you are returning arrives with us, we will process your refund. You should receive your refund within 10 working days.
